• Dr. Bhardwaj finished his Masters from UCLA (2012), PhD from The Ohio State (2017) joined FIU in Aug 2017 as Assistant Professor. He completed his bachelor degree from IIT Dhanbad (prev. ISM-Dhanbad) and worked for Samsung in India for two years. His past research experience span over the areas of antenna-arrays for weather radar applications, computational modeling, terahertz and millimeter wave antennas / measurement systems, 5G antennas, electronic modeling for semiconductor devices, modeling of GaN/AlGaN based high electron mobility transistors (HEMTs) and graphene modeling. During past years, he has received multiple best-paper awards for his research work, including URSI-GASS-2017 (best student paper award), iWat-2017 (best student paper award), AMTA-2014 and 2015 (best student paper award), and university level awards at the Ohio State University- Presidential Fellowship and Louise B. Vetter Award. In total he is first author of 13 journal and over 30 conference presentations and conference papers, with H index of 7 and overall citation count of 260.
