Dr. Ingris Treminio is a Pediatric Occupational Therapist and Clinical Assistant Professor of Occupational Therapy for the Nicole Wertheim College of Nursing and Health Sciences.
She brings expertise in Occupational Development through the Lifespan: specifically in Adulthood and Aging.
Dr. Treminio has presented at numerous conferences and is an active member of the American Occupational Therapy Association, Florida Occupational Therapy Association, and is a USDA Student Ambassador.
Her research includes examining occupation therapy interventions and scope of practice in treatment for adults with intellectual disabilities and visual impairments.
She earned both her Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Science in Occupation Therapy from Florida International University and her Clinical Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Nova Southeastern University.
