overview

  • Dr. Ting Wang is a translational lung biology researcher and has been studying the molecular mechanisms of lung inflammatory processes, particularly those producing lung edema or vascular leak. His research utilizes genomic and proteomic approaches to discover novel susceptibility genes and pathways for pulmonary vascular disorders. The Wang lab is designed to train high school, undergraduate, graduate students, and post-doctoral fellows with an emphasis on building academic metrics and career advancement in translational biomedical research.
