  • A program for small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) data analysis was written in FORTRAN language based on the raw data format in Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Facility. The first version of this program, SAXS1.0, includes the following functions and characteristics: raw-data pretreatment, background removal, Guinier-plot, Porod-plot, log-log plot, particle-size distribution, comparison between calculated and experimental scattering intensities, etc. Some simple particle-shape information can be derived from the parameters obtained with the code.
